Will Britons love HDTV

Tel_lc37gd6u_pic2_h174 The Guardian has an update on High Definition TV in the UK flagging up Skys launch next year while at the same time warning consumers to tread warily when buying LCD and Plasma sets as many TVs on sale are not compatible with the new format. High def has so far been huge in the US, although whether it will be anything more than a niche in the UK remains to be seen.
